Picture Day

It's picture day for the kids. And the funny thing is that the guy who took the pictures when I was there, is the same guy taking my kids' pictures today. But here's another thing that I thought was funny. This picture was on the order form.
Notice anything lacking? Like DIVERSITY? Only in Utah, my friends.

Anyway, two big announcements:

1) BFF Brodi Ashton just landed a 3-book deal with Harper Collins. The first book is called Ever'neath, and it's awesome. I think it's scheduled to be released in 2012, which is actually really fast in the publishing world.

2) Author friend Matt Kirby is having a signing tomorrow at 6:00 The King's English for his debut book, The Clockwork Three.  Drop by if you are around!

  6. Thats funny about the picture of pictures because I specifically noticed on my daughters that there was quite the diversity of children pictured. Interesting the way companies think I guess.
